Once a reservation has been submitted to Airport Gateway Christchurch (phone, mobile, email, internet, third party booking platform) this overrides any third parties’ policies.
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival occur the full payment of the booking.
This includes any force majeure.
Group bookings of over 5 units have a 7 day cancellation period.
Long term stays of over 14 days have a 7 day cancellation period.

Airport Gateway Christchurch process an authority onto your credit card 48 hours before arrival, alternatively we will process an authority on check in with the credit card number provided. Provided your account is settled before departure, this will be reversed before 2pm on the day of departure. We will provide a receipt to the supplied email address if we add a charge to your credit card after departure.

All Visa, Mastercard & paywave transactions have a 2% surcharge.
Amex transactions have a 3.5% surcharge.

We accept CRT / Farmlands card for direct bookings.
We are unable to accept this form of payment for accommodation bookings made through a third party.

Is open to anybody over the age of 18 years.
10% discount off the daily rack rate on accommodation

Check out time is 11am, late check out is 1pm subject to availability, A $25 surcharge applies. Please contact reception.

Are provided in executive units. All sales will be charged to the guest’s account.

Charged at $50 per key if not returned on check out.

All buildings in the complex are Smoke Free. We provide ashtrays all around the complex to help control the smell. Please keep windows and doors closed while smoking outside. We will charge a $500 cleaning fee if the unit smells of smoke on your departure.

The complex has sensitive fire alarm sensors. To reduce the chance of a fire alarm activation, we recommend, keeping bathroom doors closed when showering. When cooking, keep a window open and don’t leave the stove unattended. A $500 charge will be added to your account if you cause a fire alarm activation.

We will service your unit daily during your stay. Daily servicing includes rubbish removal, towels, dishes and making beds. Every fourth day the unit will be fully cleaned, and the linen will be changed. A charge of $250 will be added to the credit card above if the unit is left in an unreasonable state of cleanliness.

The guest is liable for any damage or theft caused by them or their guests while staying onsite and the loss of income while the damage is repaired. A minimum charge of $250 and a maximum charge of $5000 will be processed to the guest’s credit card.

Guests and invitees are expected to behave in a manner which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests and residents within the property. All guests making a reservation must be over the age of 18 years at the time of booking. A breach of any House Rules (available at front counter) may result in the eviction of the offender/s at the discretion of the Manager. The unit must not be used for any unlawful purpose.

Airport Gateway will attempt to contact the guest in regards to property left behind. A handling fee to courier the goods is applied to the guest. All lost property is donated to the charity store or destroyed.
It is a condition of your occupancy that the owners of the premises are not liable for the damage to or the loss of property which the occupier or his/her guests may bring onto the premises. We recommend that you keep your unit doors locked at all times. Without limiting the forgoing, personal property shall include money, jewellery and other personal effects and motor vehicles parked on the premises.

All refunds are at the discretion of the management.
Check In/ Check Out:
We appreciate knowing your arrival details to ensure we will have your unit ready for you.
Early Check In:
Normal check in time is after 2pm. An early check between 11am & 2pm can be provided for a surcharge of $25 with prior knowledge.
Check in before 11am will require booking for the previous day. We are happy to store bags and provide directions to local attractions
Late Check Out:
Normal check out time is before 10am. A Late check out of up to 12pm can be provided for a surcharge of $25 and is subject to availability.
After this time, you will need to book for the next night. Again we are happy to store bags and provide directions to local attractions.

Airport Gateway offers guests 24 hour airport shuttle transfer and pick up.
