24 Hour Complimentary Airport Transfers on Arrival:

When you arrive in Christchurch, Please dial 0800 242 839 from your cellphone or the public phones in the international arrivals lounge. We will direct you to wait outside door number 8 by the flag poles and we will be down in a white van in about 5-7 minutes.

24 Hour Complimentary Airport Transfers on Departure:

Please make your departing transfer arrangements with us when you check in. This complimentary service is also available 24 hours a day. We will also provide a wake up call if you require one.

Rental car depot & other local destination transfers:

We provide shuttles to and from local destinations with prior arrangement. This is subject to availability and management discretion. There is a charge of $20 per transfer per unit.

Arriving by Car:

There are major Road works on the memorial avenue / Johns Road interchange. If arriving on the state highway from the North or South, when you get to this intersection, you want to turn into memorial avenue, heading towards “FENDALTON” / CBD. We are on the corner of the first intersection with traffic lights.

We would like to know your Arrival time:

We appreciate knowing your arrival details to ensure we will have your unit ready for you. Please contact us if the above ETA is incorrect or if your arrival details change.

Check in Time:

Normal check in time is after 2pm. An early check between 11am & 2pm can be provided for a surcharge of $45 with prior knowledge. Check in before 11am will require booking for the previous day. We are happy to store bags and provide directions to local attractions

Check out time:

Normal check out time is before 10am. A Late check out of up to 12pm can be provided for a surcharge of $45 and is subject to availability. After this time, you will need to book for the next night. Again we are happy to store bags and provide directions to local attractions.

Onsite Restaurant and Bar:

Bookings for Dinner are recommended

Park and Fly:

We offer long term car storage to all our guests. There is a charge of $10 per night per vehicle stored. There is no time limit for this service. Please note, if not staying at the motel on both ends of your trip, there is a transfer fee of $25, and this service is only available to motel guests.

Wifi access:

We will provide complimentary Wifi access vouchers on check in.

Pre-arrival Credit Card Authorisation:

Four Days before your arrival, we will put a $50 authorisation on the credit card provided at the time of booking. If This authorisation fails, we will attempt to contact you on this email address to obtain new credit card details. On check out, once your final bill is settled this $50 authorisation will be released.

Cancellation Policies: Please note these are our policies that apply to all bookings. These overide any third party booking agent policies if theirs are different.

Bookings of less than four units and less than four nights have a cancellation period of 48 hours. Reservations cancelled within two days ( 48 hours ) of the due date of arrival will cause a debit to your credit card of the first nights accommodation fee. At the discretion of management, Cancellation Administration Fee of $25 may be charged to those cancellations outside two days notice.

Bookings of more than three units or for bookings longer than three nights have a cancellation period of seven nights. Reservations cancelled within seven nights of the due date of arrival will case a debt to your credit card of the first seven nights of your accommodation fee.  At the discretion of management, Cancellation Administration Fee of $75 may be charged to those cancellations outside seven days notice.

Agent bookings:

If you have booked through a travel agent, booking ammendments and cancellations must be made through the agent you booked with.

Unit upgrades:

If you have booked either an economy studio or economy 1bedroom unit, we can offer an upgrade into the business class studios for $30 per unit per night. Please contact us before your arrival date if you would like to upgrade.
